FanDuel and Captain Morgan Team to Spice MLS 2021 Season

Daily fantasy sport operator FanDuel teamed with Captain Morgan to launch the Captain Morgan Soccer Pick’Em contest series featuring games from the top-flight professional soccer league of the US and Canada.

The new contest series will take place on Saturdays and other designated days and will give Major League Soccer (MLS) fans across the country a chance to win cash prizes while enjoying their favorite team perform on the pitch during one of the most highly anticipated seasons in the history of the league.

Throughout the whole 2021 regular season and postseason, the Captain Morgan Soccer Pick’Em contests will offer eligible sports fans to test their prediction skills about the day’s matches and earn points on every correct pick they make. A prize pool of $3,000 awarded as deposits to customers’ FanDuel accounts will be shared among the best performers each week.

The flavored rum producer brand will also see activations across various platforms to remind fans to Sub in the Captain and refresh with a drink their sometimes monotonous and boring routines, much like team managers, who need to make substitutions to their starting line-ups to bring fresh tactical and personal ideas to the game and change the outcome.
